Project Manager

The project manager we are looking for will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Reports TO - Project Management Lead TEAM STRUCTURE - (Enter details of the direct and indirect reports if applicable. Describe the structure of the team. Identify the key relationships of the role.) Project Manager who reports to Project Management Lead, has other projects managers as peers, belong to innovation team. Internally work close to Engineering, UI/UX, Product team, externally product marketing team from different regions and venders. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - (Using e.g. bullet points, identify the detailed aspects and specific responsibilities of the role. Break down all day-to-day activities, including any details about software they may need to use and KPIs they will need to consider) Consult business departments for requirement specification, process optimization and project management Ensures the correct and efficient realization of IOT solution together with suppliers Manage and execute IOT projects in time, quality and budget with efficient methodology. Utilize software requirements to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule. Manage changes, risks, and issues. Ensure issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively. Track project progress and report status to the management team. Take ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed. Manage vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers), including requirements, delivery, quality, reporting and so forth. ROLE EXPECTATIONS (Explain the parameters of the role responsibilities. Expectations could refer to measurable elements - like timeframes, growth or goals) Drive the New Product development project from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase. Lead the cross-function and multi-site project team to deliver the new product development project on time, on scope, on budget, and on quality. Project status reporting and escalating. Setup and facilitate the scrum team and scrum events. Managing variant types of projects including 3rd party partners developing products and/or solutions. Selection criteria, Relevant Knowledge, and competencies - (For the role, specify relevant knowledge, competencies and experience that is needed, e.g: Educational background, technical skills, technological knowledge - details of relevant experience, - skills required for the role, -most relevant leadership dimensions) Must Have: Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant majors. 5+ years relevant experience in technology related business, with 3+ years in a Project Management position, with demonstrated history and ability dealing with executive management. Excellent knowledge of general software and/or hardware project management. Collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure team’s activities aligned with broader team’s strategy, priority and objectives. Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact with and influence management at the team. Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred to have: Engineering experience in hardware development is a plus. Experience to collaborate and manage 3rd party vendors including SW/HW ODM/JDM and manufactory. Excellent leadership, team building and mentoring skills. PMP, ACP, SAFe or CSM certification is a plus.
