Junior Product Specialist - CORE Banking | Domestic & International Payments

ASEE d.o.o. Sarajevo - Branch Office Banja Luka is looking for Junior Product Specialist to be part of our team in Bosnia and Herzegovina responsible for CORE banking solution (Domestic and International Payment Services).

As a Junior Product Specialist - CORE Banking | Domestic & International Payments, you will:

• Analyze client needs and contribute to defining solutions that meet project, contract and CR requirements.
• Configure and customize software product modules according to specified requirements.
• Support software installation and migration activities, including the installation and configuration of moderately complex product modules.
• Perform testing of assigned tasks to ensure the quality and reliability of product modules.
• Prepare and continuously update documentation for software product modules to support customer requirements and internal knowledge sharing.
• Provide appropriate support for product modules to ensure fully functional, operational and optimized applications in line with defined project, contract, CR and SLA requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of training curricula and materials, and participate in customer training for new functionalities and product modules.
• Contribute to presentations, pre-sales and marketing activities, including the preparation of relevant product materials.
• Follow established working procedures related to reporting, time tracking, project planning, information sharing, resource planning and relevant KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or another relevant technical field (finance or economics as additional area of expertize).
• Fluency in the official languages of BiH and intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare documentation in English.
• Knowledge of T-SQL, TOAD SQL or other tools used for SQL database administration.
• Strong drive to achieve high-quality results in line with internal and external standards of excellence.
• Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Openness to continuous learning and acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as a proactive approach to improving existing knowledge.
