Assembly, a rapidly growing seed-stage meal kit and virtual event company, is hiring a Partnerships Manager that will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to help create a comprehensive partnerships plan leveraging a full suite of internal and external resources. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this individual will be responsible for helping drive top-of-funnel pipeline by attracting, engaging, and converting relationships with DMCs, Experiential Marketing Firms, Trade shows and others into opportunities. The Partnerships Manager is expected to manage all aspects of the channel pipeline through Salesforce CRM while reporting weekly metrics. This person will not transact.
Measures of Marketing Success
The success of the Partnerships Manager will ultimately be measured by their ability to engage decision-makers at various channels listed above with the ultimate goal of converting proposals into revenue. Measures of success include number of meetings, proposals / pitches, and of course, deals converted from the above efforts.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee relationships with various creative channels such as experiential marketing firms, DMCs, Trade Show Organizations, Media Companies, virtual marketplace platforms and more
Identify other channels Assembly should leverage
Manage and create list of key contacts and accounts (company names) from channels listed above (with support of various resources)
Manage and update salesforce pipeline / Accounts / Contacts
Manage bi-monthly newsletter with the above channels to maintain relationships and keep channels above fully informed on products, pricing and any new updates with Assembly.
Host and plan monthly Thought Leader dinner with the channels above
Have deep understanding and be knowledge expert of the Assembly offering and capabilities
Partner closely with sales and marketing
Oversee and implement creative ways to pitch and present Assembly's offerings and capabilities
Manage and build creative proposal templates that best speak to the channels above

Requirements
5+ years of B2B Marketing, events, Account Management experiential marketing experience (ideally including marketing strategy, project management, marketing vendor management, public relations, content marketing, and SaaS experience)
Have existing relationships with firms listed above
Demonstrated experience developing and independently executing a comprehensive Business Development / Partnerships plan
Brings a balance of creativity and analytics to the marketing practice
Salesforce power-user (marketing automation & demand generation experience a plus)
Strong writing, communications, and project management skills
Metrics-driven, action-oriented self-starter who proactively takes on big ideas and projects with a strong sense of urgency
Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or corporate events industry a plus
Familiarity with and experience marketing to enterprise accounts
Willing and able to start as a one-stop-shop for Partnerships
Experienced with long sales cycle B2B marketing
Passion for food and elevated experiences
