Temporary Property Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for creating, implementing & delivering a customer-centric experience thru recruiting strategies when leading interactions with external and internal clients by consistently exceeding expectations while effectively meeting hiring demands in the recruitment of caliber talent for Asset Living and our clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying new and valuable sources for qualified candidates, filling open positions with those candidates, and identifying and developing a pool of candidates for future opportunities. Must be able to cultivate strong relationships with Hiring Managers and the Corporate Team to understand client requirements for current and potentially open positions fully. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers/division
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring process expectations.
  • Provide recommendations for difficult-to-fill positions through market insights and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience in partnership with our hiring teams through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide a consistent and positive interview experience.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives by assisting current employees exploring new career opportunities within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure job postings, offer letters, and recruiting documentation are completed accurately and within established service level expectations.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Prepare and communicate regular recruiting updates and open position reports to operations leaders.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods.
  • Utilize market intelligence to proactively identify talent trends and hiring challenges.
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations and Marketing to maximize recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, onboarding teams, background screening vendors, and payroll partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Support acquisitions, property transitions, and organizational growth initiatives through effective recruiting execution.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Operations to continuously improve recruiting workflows, technology adoption, and hiring manager engagement.

Education/Experience Needed

  • Recruiting/hiring experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ATS knowledge preferred
  • Must have strong customer service experience and presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail even in high volume environment

Asset Living is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role. A reasonable estimate of the range is below.
