Deine Aufgaben

• Aktive Mitarbeit bei Planung, Entwicklung und Auslieferung von Softwarelösungen in einem agilen Team.
• Umsetzen von Features über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus hinweg - sowohl im Frontend als auch im Backend.
• Sicherstellen eines stabilen Anwendungsbetriebs durch Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Problembehebung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern sowie weiteren Stakeholdern.

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java und Spring Boot.
• Praxis in Design und Implementierung von REST-APIs.
• Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken und SQL.
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Frontend-Entwicklung, idealerweise mit React.
• Gutes Verständnis von Clean Code, automatisierten Tests und Code-Review-Praktiken.
• Kenntnisse agiler Entwicklungsmethoden.
• Fähigkeit, klar definierte Features eigenständig umzusetzen.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland.

Von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse in Docker und containerisierten Deployments.
• Erste Erfahrungen mit CI/CD-Pipelines.
• Kenntnisse in AWS oder anderen Cloud-Plattformen.
• Branchenkenntnisse im Versicherungs- oder Finanzumfeld.
• Verständnis grundlegender DDD-Konzepte.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively contributing to planning, development, and delivery within an agile team.
• Contributing to end-to-end feature delivery across the frontend and the backend.
• Supporting applications in production through monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborating closely with product owners and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Basic frontend development experience. Preferably React.
• Solid understanding of clean code, testing, and code review practices.
• Experience working in an agile development team.
• Ability to independently deliver well-defined features.
• Working English and German proficiency.
• Valid work permit in Germany.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Insurance or financial services experience.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts.
