IT Manager am Standort Berlin (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für First-Level-Support in der Windows-Umgebung, insbesondere für Microsoft 365-Produkte, Konferenztechnik und mobile Endgeräte
  • Steuerung, Erfassung und Nachverfolgung von Support-Anfragen und Systemfehlern über unser Ticketsystem sowie Eskalation an internationale Support-Teams (2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support) inklusive Follow-up und Kommunikation mit Anwendern und Anwenderinnen
  • Verantwortung für Benutzer-, Berechtigungs-, Software-, Mobile-Device- und IT-Asset-Management
  • Beschaffung von Hardware und Peripheriegeräten für die deutschen Standorte
  • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Teams in den deutschen Standorten
  • Schnittstelle zu unseren internationalen IT-Teams in Europa und den USA
  • Lokale Umsetzung globaler IT-Initiativen, Prozessen, Standards und Systemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Operations- und HR-Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer IT-Generalisten, -Support oder IT-Management-Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Microsoft-Umgebungen sowie Erfahrungen mit VPN- und Dokumentenmangementsystemen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Problemanalyse von Desktop-Hardware und -Software sowie von iOS- und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Verkabelung und zugehörigem Troubleshooting sowie Erfahrungen mit Ticket-Tracking-Systemen, idealerweise Ivanti
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Fähigkeit zum Ad-hoc-Management
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Detailgenauigkeit, Kommunikations- und Multitasking-Fähigkeit in einem dynamischen, teamorientierten Umfeld
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, idealerweise in einer Professional Services Firm
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C2 bzw. C1) in Wort und Schrift
