Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir einen IT Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • IT-Systemadministration für Windows und Linux inklusive Verwaltung von Netzwerk-, Sicherheits- und Zugriffskonzepten
  • Netzwerksupport und Sicherstellung des laufenden IT-Betriebs auf Cisco Basis
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern sowie Herstellern
  • Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierungen/Server-Infrastruktur inkl. Storage und Backup mit VMware, Proxmox und Veeam
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, z. B. System-Migrationen oder Modernisierungen
  • Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Richtlinien sowie 3rd Level-Support
  • Enge und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit der bestehenden fachlichen Teamleitung IT
  • Erfahrung mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Serverbetriebssystemen (Windows Server und Linux), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online und Teams, Virtualisierung mit VMware und Proxmox, Backup- und Monitoring-Systemen
  • Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu selbstständiger, systematischer und konstruktiver Arbeit sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
