• 3+ años de experiencia en Java y Quarkus
• Experiencia sólida en microservicios y desarrollo de APIs
• REST / SOAP / XML / JSON
• Experiencia en integración e interoperabilidad de sistemas
• Mensajería y procesamiento síncrono/asíncrono
• Kafka o RabbitMQ
• Middleware, ESB, SOA o BPM
• Docker y Kubernetes
• AWS: ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM y CloudWatch
• Patrones de microservicios: Circuit Breaker, Service Discovery y API Gateway
• Observabilidad: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK/OpenSearch
• Metodologías Agile / Scrum

Deseable
• Sector financiero, banca, casa de bolsa o sistemas transaccionales
• Integración con plataformas financieras
• Calypso, Nasdaq, FIX, SWIFT o ISO 20022
