  • Track and communicate progress: Maintain clear milestones, surface blockers early, share regular updates, and connect project progress to aligned key performance indicators.

  • Create clear deliverables: Develop practical documentation, analyses, program materials, recommendations, or other assets that the team can use and build on.

  • Incorporate feedback and share impact: Iterate on your work, implement feedback, and communicate what you delivered, what you learned, and why it mattered.

Basic qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or graduate program.

  • Interest in talent management, employee development, organizational development, human resources, program design, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exposure to competency frameworks, skill matrices, talent assessments, program coordination, or workshop design.

  • Experience organizing information, analyzing inputs, documenting processes, or developing program materials.

  • Comfort working across teams and adapting to evolving priorities.
