TAq Services Specialist, People Services

- Collaborate within a team to process and manage the administration of policies and programs across key HR areas including payroll, compensation and benefits, training, employee performance, international assignments and HR systems.

- Independently manage tasks, interpret and resolves identified issues, and escalates only complex matters for further resolution.

- Operate within established guidelines and policies, applying professional judgment to ensure compliance, identifying process inefficiencies, and contributing recommendations for improvements to enhance HR delivery effectiveness.

- Provide HR support under supervision to facilitate effective communication during organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential: HR operations experience; Strong commercial awareness; Proven ability to effectively interact with managers to explain and implement HR policies; Higher education qualifications.

Desirable: Studying for a professional qualification.
