Inventory Analyst II

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and review Oracle Supply Planning Forecast reports weekly to monitor inventory levels and consumption trends; recommend replenishment to meet target inventory holding.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support replenishment decision-making.
• Perform weekly inventory checks to validate accuracy; identify and escalate discrepancies and drive reconciliations with the Logistics Ops team.
• Place weekly replenishment orders (PR/PO) and coordinate with suppliers on lead times; follow up to ensure on-time delivery to Meta sites.
• Track and manage purchase orders end-to-end (creation, supplier confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery/receiving, and exceptions).
• Ensure timely and accurate receiving and support issue resolution for quantity variances, delivery problems, or quality concerns.
• Ensure supplier invoices match PO and receiving; coordinate corrections with suppliers and internal partners to support on-time payment.
• Maintain inventory dashboards/reports and provide regular analysis and updates to the Team Lead.
• Manage supplier relationships; review monthly price master data, flag anomalies (e.g., abnormal price increases), and escalate as appropriate.
• Identify and implement process improvements (tools, reporting, SOPs) to improve efficiency and controls.
• Ensure purchasing/sourcing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant requirements.
• Support additional reporting and operational needs as assigned by the Team Lead

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Experience in supplier management, purchasing, and sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented; able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle (supply planning, purchasing, receiving, or related modules) is a plus.
• Experience supporting IT goods / hardware purchasing and logistics (stockroom, devices, accessories, parts) and multi-site receiving.
