Job Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and verify the feasibility of TGV laser induced etching for TGV glass substrates
- Support development of glass etching solution formulations
- On-site follow-up for customer glass etching operations and optimization
- Compile technical documents for the project deliverables, liaison with customers and suppliers to support related R&D activities
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Based in Shenzhen
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, materials science, microelectronics or relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience in etching process development
- Strong ability to conduct independent technical verification and commercial development at customer’s site
- Strong team spirit, well organized with time management, self-motivated and work hard

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and insurance coverage. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
