.Journal Entries: Prepare and post daily general ledger journal entries and accruals.
Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Month-End Support: Assist with closing processes, trial balance reviews, and audit schedules.
Variance Analysis: Monitor expenses and investigate budget variances or financial discrepancies.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and compliant financial documents and supporting files.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience or internships.
Proven experience in Real Estate industry is required
Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP system familiarity.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and pursue professional certificates like CMA or CPA.
