About the Role

Join our Information Security team at Ataccama as an Intern and help safeguard our operations while learning how businesses manage security, privacy, and compliance.
Your primary mission: support our team in completing security questionnaires and related documentation for customers and partners. These documents are critical for maintaining trust with clients, so we need someone who is diligent, responsible, and meticulously detail-oriented.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in filling out security questionnaires for Ataccama’s customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify information required for security documentation.
- Help maintain up-to-date documentation related to Ataccama’s security certifications (ISO, SSAE, etc.).
- Support ongoing process improvements related to security documentation, compliance workflows, and internal security practices.
Is This You?
- You have a good command of English, with the ability to clearly communicate in writing (Czech language is an advantage)
- You are highly detail-oriented, methodical, and take pride in delivering accurate work.
- You are responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- You have a basic understanding of information security concepts and are eager to learn more.
- You can grasp both business and technical concepts and translate them into simple ideas.
- You are open to participating in customer or internal meetings, contributing where needed.
- You are curious about AI tools and how they can improve everyday work, and have already started exploring them.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience with information security, compliance, or documentation.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, etc.
- Awareness of common security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST frameworks).
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure or networking concepts.
