  • Разрабатывать и внедрять ML-модели для прогнозирования поведения клиентов-физических лиц и розничного продуктового портфеля Банка
  • Рассчитывать ожидаемые денежные потоки по кредитным и пассивным продуктам Банка

Что для нас важно:

  • Иметь опыт работы в банковской сфере

  • Иметь опыт разработки и внедрения ML-моделей от сырых данных до production

  • Работать с табличными данными

  • Свободно владеть Python: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib (аналогичными инструментами визуализации)

  • Знать SQL: оконные функции, сложные JOIN, оптимизация запросов к БД

  • Хорошо владеть ML-библиотеками: CatBoost / LightGBM / XGBoost / Scikit-learn

  • Уметь проводить стресс-тесты и А/В-тесты

  • Понимать особенности розничных банковских бизнес-процессов

  • Будет преимуществом знать: MLflow, Airflow, Butch Scoring, Docker, Spark / PySpark
