What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient support operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately enter and manage customer service support processes
- Handling hardware warranty activations, master data administration, billing, quoting, and renewals
- Managing ordering and other back-office operations to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to company goals in a cost-effective and efficient manner

Previous data administration experience
Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP
Experience in Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, or Licensing

Full-time | On-site
Our primary workplace is the office, where collaboration and team spirit thrive. Upon successfully completing the probation period, meeting performance standards, and based on business needs, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model. This means working at least three days in the office, with the flexibility to choose your work environment for the rest of the week-whether it’s enhancing your productivity at home or finding your own perfect workspace in the office!
