職位簡介

負責規劃與推動集團量子技術與量子安全（Quantum-Safe）發展策略，主導後量子密碼（PQC）遷移與相關技術架構設計，並推動量子運算在金融領域（如投資組合最佳化、風險分析等）的應用研究與實驗。

主要工作職責：

主導集團後量子密碼（PQC）遷移與量子安全架構規劃。

規劃並推動量子運算於金融場景的應用研究與概念驗證（PoC）。

建立與優化雲端量子運算實驗環境，整合量子開發框架（如 Qiskit、PennyLane）。

與資安、雲端架構與應用團隊協作，推動量子技術專案與技術落地。

追蹤全球量子技術與後量子密碼發展趨勢，提供技術策略建議。

能力要求：

熟悉 Python 程式設計與資料分析或科學運算工具。

具量子運算與量子應用基礎，熟悉 Qiskit、PennyLane 等框架尤佳。

具密碼學與資訊安全背景，了解後量子密碼（PQC）技術。

熟悉雲端平台架構（AWS、GCP 或 Azure）。
