3.具Martech行銷科技實務經驗，如：Google、Adobe等工具。

短期： 3M以內，瞭解公司制度與作業流程，透過教育訓練課程熟悉公司流程與系統框架，奠基後續工作技能基礎，並融入團隊與同仁熟識
