Overview
Project Coordinator to support the planning, monitoring, and governance of a portfolio of projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining portfolio data, coordinating reporting activities, supporting governance processes, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across stakeholders.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams to drive successful portfolio outcomes.
Your role
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Portfolio Director and Project Director.
- Support the portfolio governance processes.
- Maintain portfolio portal (SharePoint), schedules, reports, and documentation and ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Track portfolio performance metrics, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support proposal preparation.
- Prepare portfolio and account management reports.
- Coordinate portfolio review meetings and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, and follow up on commitments.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders (technical team, commercial, finance) and support issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of portfolio management standards and best practices.
- Contribute to projects coordination.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering.
- Experience in Power sector is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Power BI is an asset.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, portfolio coordination, PMO support, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously is considered an asset.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Language:
- French mandatory.
- English is an asset.
