  • Maintain accurate records and project tracking information to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and provide guidance to junior staff and support personnel on assigned projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of project and client needs.

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field and 2+ years of professional experience in right-of-way, real estate, property management, land acquisition, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience conducting property research, title review, document preparation, or records management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project documentation systems.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently under general supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license or appraisal-related credential issued by the State Real Estate Commission or Appraisal Board.
  • Experience supporting transportation, utility, municipal, or infrastructure projects.

What You'll Bring:
