Bartender/Cashier

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Take drink orders from guests and service staff efficiently and accurately
• Operate the register, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized at all times
• Arrange bottles and glassware to create an attractive and inviting bar display
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, utensils, and equipment
• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar setup and breakdown
• Complete side duties, including reporting, inventory, and restocking supplies
• Ensure the bar area is cleaned, organized, and secured at the end of each shift
• Communicate any guest concerns or complaints to management promptly

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Barback or in a similar beverage service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Food Handler’s Certificate
