Retail Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Meet sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and use effective sales techniques.
• Manage assigned merchandise, monitor stock levels, and support inventory control.
• Assist with visual merchandising, promotions, floor sets, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Process sales transactions, returns, discounts, deposits, and floats accurately.
• Support inventory counts, audits, loss prevention, and safety initiatives.
• Report incidents, theft, damages, and potential hazards promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations preferred.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
