Business Intelligence Analyst

Your role

As Business Intelligence Analyst in the Sales Strategy team, you play a key role in supporting the Full Potential Plan by improving data organization, strengthening business intelligence, applying artificial intelligence where relevant, and translating market and sales data into clear, actionable insights.

In this position, you support Strategic Business Development by creating reliable market intelligence, structured reporting, and practical analysis that helps identify growth opportunities, increase market share, expand customer share, and improve commercial decision-making across Customer Centers and regions.

Key responsibilities

Market Intelligence,Purpose: Generate market and customer insights that support growth, market share expansion, and the Sales Full Potential Plan.

• Drive market intelligence initiatives that support the Full Potential Plan across Customer Centers.
• Develop and maintain market potential and customer opportunity models.
• Support Customer Centers in the development and reporting of the Full Potential Plan.
• Provide data-driven support to identify growth opportunities and prioritize accounts, segments, industries, and territories.
• Translate internal and external market data into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Business Line Management.
• Lead competitive intelligence activities and monitor competitor actions.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and strategic growth areas to support commercial decision-making.

Business Intelligence & AI Enablement, Purpose: Transform data into actionable insights and accelerate digital and AI-driven commercial excellence.

• Analyze and connect data from multiple systems and data sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities across the organization.
• Manage and enhance Industrial Air pricing tools and digital platforms, ensuring pricing data quality, user support, innovation, and governance.
• Deliver insights and performance reporting that support fact-based decision making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Monitor developments in AI and identify opportunities to create value within marketing and sales processes.
• Champion the use of AI in daily marketing and sales operations.
• Accelerate AI adoption by identifying, testing, and scaling high-value use cases.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, customer engagement, and commercial performance.

• Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to work with large and diverse data sets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, dashboards, pricing tools, digital platforms, and data visualization.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and their practical application in sales, marketing, and market intelligence.
• Good understanding of sales, marketing, market intelligence, or business development processes.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both analytical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured way of working, attention to detail, and a strong drive to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working across functions, regions, and Customer Centers.
