Own the roadmap and execution for cross-cloud platform and data tooling, balancing new capability against platform evolution.
Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers - hiring, performance, career development, and building a strong on-call and incident culture around a system where correctness is non-negotiable
Partner with product management and customer-facing teams
Drive technical direction for next-generation data platforms
Work with partner product and infrastructure teams across the company, collaborating on effective strategic delivery
