Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understanding Customer Needs: Understanding customer pain points, operational bottlenecks, and other important requirements.
• Deliver High-Impact Demos: Build and present compelling technical demonstrations that showcase how sensor fusion and AI/ML insights solve real-world tracking and safety challenges.
• Own the POC Process: Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) installations at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration of hardware (sensors) and cloud platforms to prove value early.
• Translate Tech to Value: Convert complex technical specifications into clear, value-driven business proposals for operations managers, IT heads, and C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Product Teams: Act as the crucial feedback loop from the field, bringing customer insights and market requirements back to our core engineering team to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, presales, or application engineering, ideally within B2B SaaS, industrial automation, or IoT ecosystems.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics, telecommunications, computer science, or electrical).
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless technologies (BLE, UWB, RFID) and a foundational understanding of how cloud platforms or edge computing work.
• Target Sector Exposure: Prior experience or strong familiarity dealing with stakeholders in Indian manufacturing hubs, hospital administration, or enterprise GCCs is a massive plus.
• Cultural Fit: High energy, humble enough to learn rapidly, and confident enough to command a room of corporate decision-makers.
