Our Service Delivery Management team:
The UK&I Service Delivery Management team brings Atos UK&I Service Delivery Managers together as one community, with a common purpose: to deliver consistently excellent services for our customers. We provide the leadership, structure and collaboration needed to connect our account teams, industries and delivery organizations, while ensuring that customer outcomes remain at the heart of what we do.
Our scope extends well beyond day-to-day service performance. We focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, risk and compliance, profitability, continuous improvement and workforce development, while increasingly looking at how automation and AI can create customer value and improve the way services are delivered. We also work closely with Client Partners and delivery colleagues to support innovation, account development and growth.
Ultimately, we are about one team, one approach: giving our SDM community the standards, tools, development and support they need to succeed, while sharing best practice and continually improving how we operate. Our ambition is simple: strong people, well-managed services, satisfied customers and a Service Delivery community we can all be proud to be part of.

Skills we can’t do without:
- Service Delivery Management, with ITIL certification strongly preferred
- SAP expertise across a complex SAP landscape including SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP BW and SAP PI
- Strong customer management skills

- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
