Descripción

¿Te gusta trabajar cerca del usuario, resolver incidencias y contribuir a la mejora continua de los servicios IT? En Atos buscamos profesionales de Soporte Funcional IT para incorporarse a un entorno corporativo con tecnologías Microsoft y servicios de puesto de trabajo digital.

Funciones

  • Soporte presencial y remoto a usuarios en el uso de equipos y herramientas corporativas.
  • Atención y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con PC, portátil, dockstation, videoconferencia, telefonía fija/móvil, impresoras y smartphones.
  • Soporte en entornos Microsoft mayormente (Windows, Office, Exchange, on-premise y cloud, entre otros).
  • Diagnóstico, análisis y resolución de incidencias según los procedimientos establecidos en la organización.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 3 o 5 años de experiencia reciente en funciones de soporte IT a usuarios.
  • Experiencia en entornos Microsoft y herramientas de puesto de trabajo digital.
  • Capacidad de análisis y orientación al usuario.
