At Atwell, you'll have the opportunity to lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial land development projects throughout Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada. You'll work directly with developers, municipalities, and decision-makers while taking projects from concept through construction.
What You'll Do
- Lead site civil and land development projects throughout the Reno-Sparks market.
- Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements.
- Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.
- Coordinate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Partner directly with clients to deliver successful residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments.
- Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the West's fastest-growing development markets.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 4+ years of civil land development experience.
- Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Preferred
- Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
- Familiarity with Reno, Sparks, Washoe County, or Northern Nevada permitting processes.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
