What will you do?

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features;
• Define and own the IAM/SSO strategy, including Okta authorization server design and OIDC flow architecture;
• Establish and drive front-end engineering standards for React.js, covering authentication patterns, state management, and performance;
• Drive technical discussions with client architects, contributing to architectural decision records (ADRs) and the long-term roadmap;
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the entire technology stack;
• Lead code reviews, championing quality automation with tools like SonarQube and Snyk, and mentor junior engineers.

What are we looking for?

• Over 10 years of professional experience as a Java Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on architecture and implementation of complex features;
• Proven experience in defining and implementing IAM/SSO strategies, specifically with Okta authorization server design and OIDC flow architecture;
• Solid expertise in front-end development, including defining engineering standards for React.js (authentication patterns, state management, performance);
• Ability to drive technical discussions with architects, contribute to architectural roadmaps, and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues;
• Proficiency in leading code reviews and implementing quality automation tools such as SonarQube and Snyk;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (C1 level for both);
