Deine Aufgaben

  • First-Level-Support: Annahme, Qualifizierung, Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen (Service Requests) und IT-Störungen (Incidents) via Ticketsystem und Telefon (Hardware & Software).
  • Störungsbehebung: Eigenständige Lösung von IT-Problemen sowie aktives Nachhalten und Informieren der User über den Bearbeitungsstatus.
  • Termin- & Aufgabenorganisation: Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Support-Terminen zur Störungsbeseitigung.
  • Hardware-Bereitstellung: Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und Ausgabe von Hardware an Mitarbeitende.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit erster Berufserfahrung im IT-Support.
  • Profi für Microsoft-Umgebungen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration und im Support von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen.
  • Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse: Erste Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilung (Microsoft Configuration Manager / MECM / SCCM) und/oder Citrix DaaS sind von Vorteil.
  • Soft Skills: Lösungsorientierte Denkweise, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Motivation und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachkenntnisse & Führerschein: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B.
