Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. Stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire in tirocinio nell’organico del Segmento “Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS)”, che avrà il compito di collaborare con il team “Customer Care” per:

· illustrare ai clienti le caratteristiche e le modalità di funzionamento dei prodotti e servizi a portafoglio

· verificare i prodotti in garanzia e gli strumenti di diagnostica dei centri tecnici (tablet “rugged”)

· garantire le diverse forme di assistenza ai clienti (via telefono, e-mail oppure sui principali social media, di persona) e i servizi offerti

· preparare e configurare i prodotti a portafoglio prima della consegna ai clienti

Il candidato ideale ha una breve esperienza in call center/assistenza tecnica e capacità di gestire ticket di supporto diretto con il cliente; è dinamico e volenteroso.

Ha conoscenze di base della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office

Ha capacità di problem solving e di gestione della comunicazione interpersonale; è considerato di particolare rilevanza un’esperienza pregressa all’interno di un team di Customer Care e la relativa capacità di lavorare in modo sinergico.

È richiesta la patente B, per occasionali brevi trasferte da effettuarsi con l’auto aziendale in pool.

Ambiente positivo e dinamico inserito in un contesto di azienda multinazionale.

Durata tirocinio: 6 mesi rinnovabili, al termine del tirocinio verrà valutata la possibilità di rinnovo

Compenso € 900,00 netti/mese
