Quality Management System Engineer

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and company quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan and lead internal system, process, and product audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Support customer, certification body, and corporate audits.
• Standardize and manage quality procedures, processes, and documentation across the plant.
• Coach and support process owners in the implementation and maintenance of QMS requirements.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality methods, standards, and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Conducting quality audits and supporting external audits
• Knowledge:
  • IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and customer-specific requirements (Strong)
  • In Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Skills:
  • Analytical
  • Problem-solving
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification.
  • VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
