Training Solutions Consultant

Our Industry Skills Practice is growing and we're looking for someone exceptional to join us.
What you’ll do
As a Delivery Solutions Consultant in our Industry Skills team, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our Practice, bringing order to complexity across our training, assessment, and consulting partnerships while contributing to projects that make a real difference.
- Operational planning: Coordinate people, resources, schedules,
communications and competing priorities to ensure every engagement is set
up for success
- Stakeholder management: Work closely with project managers, consultants,
trainers and clients, creating confidence through proactive communication,
strong organisation and attention to detail
- Service delivery: Anticipate challenges and opportunities, staying ahead of
what's around the corner to keep operations running smoothly
- Analytical thinking: Embrace challenges and diverse ideas, engineering
solutions with people and outcomes in mind
What you’ll bring
You're people-oriented, reliable and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience coordinating services, projects, programs or operations
- Outstanding organisational skills and strong communication capability
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills-you're proactive, prevent issues
before they arise, and take ownership
- Professional pride in quality outcomes
Highly regarded:
- Training organisation or RTO experience
- Education sector background
- Engineering or technical services environment
- PMO or program coordination experience
