Now, we’re looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Ground & Underground team - someone who’s ready to lead, mentor and push technical boundaries.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in delivering technically complex, high-impact projects while helping grow the capability of those around you.
In this role, you will:
- Lead geotechnical design across feasibility, concept and detailed phases
- Apply advanced analysis using tools like PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Rocscience and more
- Work across diverse environments - in-office, remote and embedded with clients
- Contribute to winning work through proposals and client engagement
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, building team capability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical outcomes
- Occasional attendance on site to support project delivery
What you’ll bring
You’re technically strong, commercially aware and passionate about continuous learning.
We’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ geotechnical engineering experience
- RPEQ certification is required
- Strong experience with FE modelling and geotechnical software
- Defence clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to attend site as required
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs and reports
- Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring
- Involvement in industry bodies such as AGS is (desirable)
