About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a great understanding of JavaScript, motion, and frameworks like Vue or React, who also possesses exceptional taste, style, and an eye for beautiful user interfaces. We need someone who bridges the gap between clean, robust code and user experience-someone who understands that a button's logic and data flow are just as important as how it scales, moves, and feels to the user. Since you will have a direct impact on our product's success, we want you to have skin in the game through our RSUs program.

Product Thinking: You don't just implement tasks from a Jira board. You understand why we are building a feature, how it impacts the user, and you proactively suggest better UX solutions.
Communicativeness: You can articulate your tech choices clearly and collaborate openly with both designers and backend peers in English and Polish.
Autonomy & Async Vibe: Working remotely means we trust you. You can articulate your tech and design choices clearly, documenting them or sharing quick ideas with the team asynchronously.
Conscientiousness & Craftsmanship: You take pride in your work. Diligence, attention to detail, and a high standard for pixels, performance, and smooth layouts are part of your DNA.
Your Technical Arsenal
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong command of TypeScript and deep expertise in at least one modern web framework (Vue, React, etc.)
- Proficiency in CSS and semantic, accessible HTML.
- Experience with modern UI component libraries (Radix, Base UI, Reka, PrimeVue, etc.)
- Strong understanding of modern data-fetching, caching, and client-side state management patterns, with experience using tools such as TanStack Query, Pinia, Redux, Redux Toolkit, etc. being a plus.
Professional fluency in both English and Polish is required.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with (or a strong architectural understanding of) BDUI / SDUI (Backend-Driven / Server-Driven User Interfaces)
- Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, UnoCSS, etc.)
- Understanding of motion and interaction as implemented behavior, not just specified intent (GSAP, Motion, CSS, etc.)
- Experience using agentic tools and AI workflows in day-to-day project development and interface implementation to both accelerate and raise the quality of your work.
