Data Science & AI Senior Engineer

Responsibilities：
-Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions across the Enterprise
-Translate business challenges into scalable AI models.
-Build applications using Generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, forecasting, and optimization algorithms.
-Develop backend components, APIs, and user interfaces.
-Integrate AI into production workflows and digital services.
-Monitor and maintain system health indicators.
-Strategize on data storage, metadata management, and model lifecycle governance.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with Autoliv’s standards.
-Support adoption of global Data & AI standards and facilitate innovation transfer.
-Translate the business needs to the Autoliv Data & AI Function to ensure the right support and solutions.
-Facilitate new technology pilots in the Division and support scaling successful local practices to rest of Autoliv.

Requirements：
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development.
- Proven ability to work in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams
- Strong in English and local language
