• Buildnew capabilitiesfor a situational awarenessinterface.
• Improveplatform reliability, accesscontrol, and deploymentpractices.

• Maintainthe security baseline through patching, secrets management, and least-privilege access.

Secure AI workflows

• Turn business processes into functionalprototypes and production-readyagent workflows.
• Design workflows that keepdata from differentbusiness domains appropriately separated.
• Buildin human approval beforean agent takesan action thatchanges data or triggers aprocess.
• Makeagent actions and transactions traceableand auditable.

Your profile

You are ahands-on software engineer whocan move betweenbackend development, frontend work, and platform operations. You enjoy turningan unfamiliarprocess into workingsoftware, then making it secureand reliable enoughfor production. You are curiousabout AI agents and comfortable experimenting, while keepingcontrol, traceability, and data protection in mind.

Must-have :

• At least three yearsof relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding skillsin Rust, TypeScript, and Python, with experiencebuilding APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Experienceshipping and operating production software, including deployment, trouble shooting, and reliability improvements.
• The abilityto understanda business process quicklyand turn it intoa functionalprototype.
• A practical security mindset, including threat modelling, isolation boundaries, and audit trails.
• Working knowledgeof identityand accessmanagement and data protection basics, includingGDPR.
• Fluent English, eligibilityfor securityclearance, and nationalityof a NATO membercountry or close ally.

Nice to have

• Experience withRAG pipelines or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience withEU-region inferenceor sovereign cloud environments.
• On-premisemodel hostingand routing tasks betweenAI models.
• Familiarity with ZeroTrust architecture.
• Frontend experiencebuilding monitoring dashboards.
