Your mission

Join our robotics team to develop next-generation perception and multi-object tracking systems capable of operating reliably in complex, dynamic, GPS-denied environments.

As our technical expert for Multi-Object Tracking and state estimation, you will drive the evolution of our perception stack, from architecture and algorithm design to deployment on real robotic platforms. Working closely with autonomy, controls and middleware engineers, you will participate to technical decisions, establish best practices and continuously improve the robustness and performance of our perception capabilities.

This is a highly hands-on robotics position focused on delivering production-ready software that performs reliably in the field, not research prototypes.

Your responsabilities :

• Drive the technicaldirection of ourMulti-Object Trackingand perception capabilities.
• Design, developand optimizerobustmulti-objecttrackingpipelines for dynamicenvironments.
• Define scalable architectures for state estimation and multi-sensorfusion systems.
• Developprobabilisticestimation and optimizationalgorithmsfor real-world roboticsapplications.
• Ownthe developmentof intrinsicand extrinsiccalibration pipelines for complexsensorconfigurations, includingzoomingcamera systems.
• Evaluateand introducenew algorithms, toolsand technologies to continuouslyimprovetrackingperformance and robustness.
• Work closelywithautonomy, controlsand middleware teamsto ensureseamlessend-to-end system integration.
• Mentor and support otherengineersthroughtechnicaldiscussions, architecture reviewsand code reviews.
• Developand validateperception algorithmsin simulation beforedeploymenton embeddedroboticplatforms.
• Optimizealgorithmsfor real-time executionon embeddedGPU platforms.
• Lead debuggingand validation duringfieldtesting, analyzefailuresand continuouslyimprovesystem robustness.

We are looking for an experienced robotics engineer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to drive an entire technical domain from concept to deployment.

Must-have

• Strong C++ and Python developmentskills.
• Extensive experiencewithROS/ROS2.
• Strong background in roboticsperception, computer vision and state estimation.
• Proven experiencedevelopingand deployingproduction-grade roboticssoftware.
