Claims Operations Coordinator

This is an entry-level position supporting our Product Recall Claims team within the insurance industry. Using your strong organizational, clerical, and communication skills, along with the knowledge and tools we provide, you will assist claims professionals in the administration and coordination of specialty insurance claims. Responsibilities include managing claim-related documentation, processing claim information, maintaining reports and correspondence, and supporting day-to-day claims operations. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in developing a career in the insurance and claims industry, with opportunities for growth as your skills and experience expand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience working in a professional office environment via employment or internship.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
