Senior Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster

Applied Underwriters, Inc., a global risk services company, is seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to manage a complex caseload of bodily injury auto liability claims, including litigated matters. This role requires a strong understanding of claims investigation, policy interpretation, negligence standards, and litigation management, along with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with claimants, attorneys, insureds, and other involved parties.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented claims professional who can independently evaluate complex claims, identify exposure, establish appropriate reserves, and develop effective strategies to achieve timely and equitable resolutions. Given the sensitive nature of serious bodily injury and complex business auto liability claims, sound judgment, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of commercial auto/trucking bodily injury claims experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
