Detailed Scope:

What You Will Do :

• GCC Customer Acquisition (Key Focus): Identify, engage, and win new Global Capability Centers by building relationships with GCC leadership and technology decision-makers, shaping account entry strategies, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• End-to-End Deal Management: You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle-originating, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for Avanade’s services, with a primary focus on GCC customer acquisition.
• Market Activation: Strategically activate sales plans within the GCC segment to aggressively grow market share and build a strong pipeline of new GCC logos.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to coordinate with various internal teams to achieve significant sales and revenue impact.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Avanade Client Account Leads (ACAL), Regional Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Alliance teams to ensure seamless delivery and partnership alignment.
• Business Intelligence: Utilize business tools and requirements to support sales strategies and work in tandem with Regional Sales Management and Sales Leadership.

Skills and Experience

• GCC Segment Experience (Key Criterion): Demonstrated experience working with GCC customers, with a proven track record in GCC customer acquisition - winning new GCC logos and expanding them.
• Proven Track Record: 10-15 years of experience selling Microsoft-oriented large-scale consulting engagements and Managed Services.
• Technology Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in Modern Work, CoPilot, Azure, and Infrastructure solutions.
• GCC Nuance: Experienced in the nuances of engaging with GCCs of global enterprises - from new-age and mid-sized centers to established, large-scale captives - including working with both India GCC leadership and global parent stakeholders.
• Leadership & Resilience: A natural leader defined by knowledge and experience, with the resilience to deal with multiple stakeholders across a large region.
• Storytelling: Ability to act as a convincing storyteller and engaging content creator, effectively communicating the value of complex technology.
• Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset with mature interpersonal and persuasion skills; you must be collaborative and able to navigate multiple cultures and styles
