We are looking for an experienced and highly motivatedDeliveryLead to lead projects in thebanking sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRMplatformsandpaymentssolutions would be considered highly appreciated. In this role, you willbe responsible forensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategicobjectives. The position calls for a proventrack recordin the industry, a strong understanding of delivery processes and methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Whatyou willdo:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,maintainingstrong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.
Project Delivery:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans,allocateresources, and manage the delivery schedule.
Monitor project performance usingappropriate toolsand techniques,reporting onprogressand any necessary adjustments.
Team Leadership:
Strong management skills, strategic thinking andproblem solvingskills
Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
ProcessImprovement:
Identifyopportunities for improving delivery processes andimplementbest practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Risk Management:
Identifypotential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalatingthemas necessary.
Industry Knowledge:
Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies thatimpactthe sector.
Anticipate theclientneeds andidentifynew business opportunities.

Skills and experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role, within Banking Industry
- Proven experience managing system integration projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Retribuzione:
La retribuzione in Avanade varia in base a un’ampia gamma di fattori, tra cui, ad esempio, il ruolo, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze e l’esperienza maturata. La posizione è inquadrata al livello Quadro del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale per i dipendenti da aziende del terziario, distribuzione e servizi e la fascia di retribuzione base prevista è compresa tra €39.000 e €71.000
