Digital Enterprise Advisory Manager | Business Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Digital Enterprise Advisory Manager to help clients shape and lead business transformation journeys enabled by modern digital platforms. You will advise senior business and technology leaders on customer engagement, CRM strategy, target operating models, delivery governance, and value realization, translating strategic ambitions into practical business solutions and executable transformation roadmaps.

Beyond client delivery, you will play a key role in presales and solutioning, shaping opportunities and proposals, and contributing to the growth of our Digital Enterprise Advisory capability through offering development, coaching, knowledge sharing, and community building. Key Responsibilities

Lead business solutions and customer transformations

• Lead digital enterprise advisory engagements from strategy and vision through design, delivery, adoption, and value realization.
• Advise business and technology leaders on digitally enabled growth, service transformation, customer experience, sales effectiveness, and relationship management.
• Provide delivery governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and strategic guidance for complex transformation programs.
• Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions, decision-making forums, and cross-functional alignment activities.
• Establish outcome-focused delivery structures that connect scope, governance, adoption, and benefits realization.

Drive business development and solutioning

• Engage with clients to understand strategic ambitions, operational challenges, customer needs, and transformation opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to presales activities, including opportunity qualification, discovery, proposal development, solution shaping, estimation, and client presentations.
• Shape integrated business and technology solutions in collaboration with sales teams, Microsoft, solution architects, delivery leaders, industry experts, and partner ecosystems.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and help establish thought leadership in digital enterprise and business solutions transformation.

Build and grow capability

• Develop methodologies, offerings, assets, accelerators, reference approaches, and points of view across customer engagement, CRM, target operating models, and delivery management.
• Build strong links between advisory, sales, technology, and delivery communities to improve end-to-end solution quality.
• Coach and mentor consultants and managers to accelerate their professional growth and strengthen advisory, commercial, and delivery skills.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and reusable solution development.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in digital enterprise advisory, business transformation, management consulting, customer engagement, CRM, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex business and technology-enabled transformation engagements.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and customer engagement processes across sales, service, marketing, and customer experience domains.
• Proven experience in presales, solution shaping, proposal development, commercial estimation, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence strategic and investment decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
