(Senior) Project Manager Customer Experience (m/f/d)

AVANTGARDE has been committed for over two years to delivering exclusive, driving-focused events for German premium automotive manufacturers. To build up a new business development project, we are looking for reinforcements who will help shape it from the very beginning.

Your Tasks

As Project Manager (m/f/d) in Customer Experience, you are the operational heart of delivering exclusive driving events for our premium automotive client, while also actively helping to shape the setup of a new project. You plan, coordinate, and optimize all aspects of event and guest management, from the first customer inquiry to the final reporting, and you further develop processes and systems together with our Product Owner and development team.

• Event management: Planning and execution of exclusive driving events with a focus on guest management: booking management, customer support, and reporting.
• Customer communication: Proactive consulting and support for our customers across various channels (phone, email) using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• New business project setup: Contributing to the setup of a new project, from designing the processes and defining requirements through to a successful go-live.
• Interface to product and development: You bring the perspective of guests and the event team, formulate requirements for our booking and guest management systems, clarify functional questions with the Product Owner and developers, and test new features before they go live.
• Data management: Accurate capture and management of customer data and event details, ensuring data quality for reporting purposes and validating it regularly.
• Process optimization and further development: Developing and implementing improvements in event and guest management in coordination with the Team Lead, with the prospect of gradually expanding your responsibility in project development.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in project management, marketing communications, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in the events industry or customer support; experience in setting up new projects or processes is a plus.
• Proficient use of MS Excel and CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of digital tools: you don't need programming skills, but you feel comfortable discussing requirements with the Product Owner and developers, clarifying questions, and testing new features.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication in German and English, including at the interface between business and technology.
• A proactive and customer-oriented way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build something new.
