We are looking for an exceptional Corporate Strategist, Go-to-Market to work at the intersection of corporate strategy, product, markets, and commercial execution. You will work directly with Avathon’s executive leadership and cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI teams to turn strategy into action and measurable growth. For someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of AI, technology, strategy, and company building, this is an opportunity to help shape the commercial trajectory of a rapidly scaling Physical AI company.

What You'll Work On

• Develop strategies for taking Avathon’s Physical AI platform, products, and industry solutions to market, from identifying opportunities through commercial execution and scale
• Evaluate industries, geographies, customer segments, and operational use cases to determine where Avathon can create differentiated value and build category leadership
• Identify emerging opportunities where advances in Physical AI, agentic AI, and autonomous operations can create entirely new products, markets, and business models
• Build data-driven segmentation and prioritization frameworks for the world’s largest industrial enterprises and identify pathways to land, expand, and establish strategic enterprise relationships
• Partner with Product and industry teams to connect market needs with Avathon’s technology roadmap, influencing what we build, for whom, and how it is commercialized
• Help articulate Avathon’s differentiation and shape how Physical AI and industrial autonomy are positioned with customers, partners, analysts, and the broader market
• Evaluate pricing, packaging, sales models, strategic partnerships, channels, and ecosystem opportunities that can accelerate growth and create scalable commercial models
• Develop a deep understanding of AI, industrial technology, competitors, customers, and market dynamics to identify shifts that should influence Avathon’s strategy
• Work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives, strategic customer opportunities, partnerships, market-entry decisions, and company-level growth priorities
• Develop the metrics and analytical frameworks required to understand what is working, identify constraints to growth, and continuously improve commercial execution

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA required from a leading global university, with a strong record of academic and professional achievement
• Approximately 3-5 years of pre-MBA experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or GTM strategy
• Strong interest in AI, enterprise technology, industrial technology, and the transformation of the physical economy
• Ability to take an ambiguous strategic question, develop a rigorous point of view, and translate it into clear decisions and executable actions
• Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of complex enterprise markets and multi-stakeholder buying environments
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with executives while collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and AI Research

Compensation & Benefits

• California base salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 USD (based on experience)
