SDE II - (Flutter & Web)

As an SDE II Full-Stack Mobile Engineer at Avaz (www.svazapp.com ), you'll lead the development of next-generation assistive technology products that transform the lives of children with disabilities worldwide. Your expertise across mobile, cloud, and AI technologies will drive innovation while creating meaningful social impact.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop sophisticated features for our Flutter-based mobile applications and Web applications.
• Lead technical implementation from concept to production deployment.
• Design and implement robust automation solutions for development, testing, and deployment.
• Proactively research and integrate Gen AI solutions to advance our assistive technology offerings.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product management to lead releases.
• Optimise application performance and ensure scalability.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Flutter development and Dart programming.
• Strong experience with Cloud development(Next.js ).
• Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Gen AI technologies to solve real-world problems.
• Full-stack capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system architecture and technical decision-making.
• History of leading successful product releases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Passion for creating technology with a positive social impact.
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
