Deine Aufgaben

  • selbstständige Kontaktaufnahme zu interessierten Kunden

  • gezielte Vermarktung neuer Produkte bei Bestandskunden

  • vertriebsorientierte Beratung zu Produkten, Preisen und Tarifen

  • Erstellung individueller Angebote und Verträge z.B. bei Tarifumstellungen, Vertragsoptimierungen und der Vermarktung neuer Produkte

  • Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Niveau)

  • PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich

  • keine kaufmännische Ausbildung notwendig

  • Vertriebsgeschick und starke Service- und Kundenorientierung

  • selbstständiges sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten

  • wohnhaft in Essen oder pendellbarer Umgebung

  • idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
