Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung der Kunden bei all ihren Anliegen

  • serviceorientierte Beratung und Vermarktung von Produkten unserer Auftraggeber

  • Kundenzufriedenheit steigern durch dein schnelles Bearbeiten der eingehenden Anfragen

  • Nachbereitung der Gespräche und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office)

  • aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit viel Teamgeist

  • Andere zu beraten ist deine Stärke

  • starke Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten

  • idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
