We are looking for an independent, dynamic, and proactive Delivery Manager who does not just sit back and take notes, but actively pushes topics forward. This individual must capably manage distributed technical teams and balance planned development work with ongoing operational support.
Your Responsibilities:
Planning and Execution: Preparing and leading quarterly planning, running sprint planning sessions with the team, establishing timelines, and managing stakeholder communication.
Ownership in JIRA: Ensuring that every single initiative, epic, and task is precisely reflected, tracked, and maintained in JIRA.
Operations & Incident Management: Handling incoming requests from studios following meetings, coordinating initiatives, and managing recurring incidents (collecting, coordinating, and reporting on action items derived from postmortems).
Reporting & Syncs: Leading weekly SOS (System of Systems) meetings, and reporting on achievements and successful milestones.
Driving Topics: Actively pushing best-effort tasks within the Tech Ops team - we are looking for someone who genuinely drives the process rather than just taking meeting minutes.
Our Requirements:
A proven track record as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager within infrastructure / DevOps projects.
Hands-on proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) is a strong asset.
Practical experience working within a SCRUM framework and handling incident management processes.
Experience collaborating with international and distributed teams (prior experience working across CEE and US time zones is highly beneficial).
An exceptionally high level of independence, proactivity, and initiative - you must be someone who naturally sets the agenda and tone for meetings.
Fluency in English (essential for daily communication with Austin and India).
Openness to leveraging AI tools to enhance daily engineering and managerial workflows.
