Das erwartet dich:

  • Du entwickelst unsere Data & AI Strategie weiter und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung

  • Du identifizierst neue Technologietrends wie Generative AI, Agentic AI oder MLOps und überführst diese in marktfähige Dienstleistungen

  • Du verantwortest anspruchsvolle Data & AI Projekte und berätst Kunden auf Management- und C-Level

  • Du positionierst Aveniq als Trusted Advisor für datengetriebene Transformationen

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von Data Scientists, Data Engineers und AI Consultants

  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei Presales-Aktivitäten, Angeboten und Kundenpräsentationen

  • Du baust unser Netzwerk zu Technologiepartnern und relevanten Marktakteuren weiter aus

  • Du vertrittst Aveniq an Fachveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Kundenevents

Das bringst du mit:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data-, Analytics- oder AI-Umgebungen, idealerweise im Consulting

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer Data & AI Projekte

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Governance sowie Cloud-Technologien wie Azure, AWS oder GCP

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen GenAI- und LLM-Technologien

  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Freude am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Dienstleistungen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
